Adrienne is a Project Officer in the Tenders Support Unit at The Kids Research Institute Australia. In this role, Adrienne facilitates the Institute's position as a leading provider of contract research services to government agencies, through coordination of tender submissions and capacity building supports for staff.

This role builds on Adrienne’s work in the Early Years Systems Evidence Team, where she coordinates evaluation projects commissioned by Australian government departments. In this role, Adrienne works collaboratively with government, service providers and community stakeholders to evaluate programs and services to ensure they are meeting their intended objectives and contributing to positive outcomes for children and families. Adrienne uses a range of methods, including stakeholder consultations, evidence reviews, and data analysis to ensure programs and services are evidence-based, locally relevant, and fit-for-purpose.

Previously, Adrienne worked as a project coordinator in the non-profit sector facilitating service design projects in aged care, disability, and early childhood. Through this experience, she brings in-depth knowledge of the systems and structures that programs operate within. Adrienne has also worked on grant funded academic projects, which led to changes at the policy and program level and were presented at international conferences.
